WWE Icon Confirms They Will Never Wrestle Again, Explains Why

One of the most famous WWE stars has confirmed that they won’t wrestle again, citing injuries as the main reason.

Bringing to a close a 30-year career at WrestleMania 36, The Undertaker defeated AJ Styles in the cinematic Boneyard match. Although Undertaker previously retired 3 years prior after losing to Roman Reigns on The Grandest Stage, this time it was for good.

Having made numerous onscreen appearances since and receiving a great reaction from the fans each time along with the fact that wrestling retirements rarely stick, few would blame The Deadman for at least considering one more match. However, according to the man himself, there will be no comeback.

Addressing his current conditioning on Six Feet Under, Undertaker noted that he didn’t want to wrestle but wanted to look like he could still go:

“You know what? I need to [On taking the DDP Yoga]. I’m just doing the gas. That’s it. The hell with it. I don’t want to wrestle, I just want to look like I can. That’s it, smoke and mirrors,”

With decades of wear and tear on his body from being in the ring, Undertaker is no stranger to injuries and surgeries. Noting that he has new knees and spinal pain, one more match won’t be happening:

“With the new knees, I ain’t messing those up either [On doing Tombstone]. I don’t have pain…It’s my knees took most of it, yeah, but now, like all my issues are like spinal, so, I mean my neck, and my lower back,”

Undertaker noted that while he can throw a right hand and deliver a chokeslam, he would not take a bump, joking that a crane would be the only way someone could get him off his feet.

The Undertaker Looks Back On Huge WWE Moment

With 30 years in WWE, The Deadman was a part of some of the most important moments in company history and worked with some of the all-time greats. However, when it came to one match, The Undertaker admitted he did not agree with the result.
