AEW may have set aside a WWE Hall of Famer’s sons for now.

The Gunns, Austin and Colten Gunn, returned on the February 5 episode of Dynamite after five months of absence, when they challenged Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

The following week, the title match took place, but the Hurt Syndicate managed to retain. This marked the last time the sons of WWE Hall of Famer Billy Gunn were seen on television, and an update is finally available on the duo.

As per Fightful Select, the absence of Austin and Colten Gunn is not due to an injury. From the looks of it, All Elite Wrestling currently just has them benched. This aligned with Austin’s X/Twitter post, wherein he stated that he and his brother weren’t injured when a fan inquired about their status.

Austin And Colten Gunn’s Other AEW And ROH Stable Is Also Inactive

Aside from being known as The Gunns, the AEW duo is also affiliated with the Bang Bang Gang with Jay White and Juice Robinson, who also wrestle in Ring of Honor. However, it has also been a while since this branch of The Bullet Club was in action.

The last time the Bang Bang Gang competed as a group was on Dynamite’s November 13, 2024, episode, where Jay White and Juice Robinson were defeated by Adam Page and Christian Cage.

For Jay White, his latest match took place on Collision’s March 29 episode. For Juice Robinson, it was November 11 last year, when Will Ospreay defeated him at the Continental Classic 2024 Gold League. However, both men are currently out with injuries.
