WWE Hall Of Famer teases going “all in”.

Since its inception in 2019, several top former WWE stars and Hall of Famers have shown up at the Jacksonville-based promotion. However, another former WWE World Champion and veteran JBL might have teased something similar with his latest statements.

With an eventful 2024, John Bradshaw Layfield spent the majority of his year appearing mostly at TNA events alongside Nic Nemeth. However, his boundary was not only confined within the walls of TNA, as he made several other cameo appearances for AAA, GCW, MLW, and other promotions.

Addressing his illustrative 2024, and speaking on his wrestling contributions for the upcoming year, JBL opened up during a recent interview on Something to Wrestle. He shared,

A lot more. A lot more. I got some really cool plans that are starting to come to fruition that will come, I won’t say when, but starting fairly soon. I’ve got I think a really freaking cool idea and some good people to do it with. This year, it’s going to be attempted, I can tell you that. 100% for sure, it’s going to be attempted. Whether it works or not, we’ll see. I think it will. I’m working my ass off right now to make it happen. But 2025, I got a couple of really big things already not only tentatively planned, scheduled and in the calendar, planned, that I’ve got down.

I’m building stuff around it right now to try to get to those two different places. So yes, I got something huge that I’ve been planning for the better part of year, of wanting to do stuff, and it’s gonna all come to fruition, and either it’s gonna work big, or I’m gonna go down in flames, one of the two. I don’t care which. I’m going all in.”

Although there wasn’t an overt AEW reference, the use of “All In” was a clear, albeit subtle, allusion.

WWE Hall of Fame Booker T Has Confirmed His In-Ring Return

During the December 29th edition of Reality of Wrestling Breakout event, Umaga’s son, Zilla Fatu, called out Booker T. Declaring him an enemy instead of a mentor, Fatu and Booker T got involved in a heated conversation.

Soon enough, Booker T announced himself as Zilla Fatu’s opponent for the upcoming January 11th, 2025 ROW event.
