First surprising a fan at Make-A-Wish headquarters, the Hall of Famer was gifted a custom mask in the foundation’s colours by CEO Leslie Motter. Mysterio also spoke about the importance of giving back and his work with Make-A-Wish over the years.

The wrestling promotion and the charity have worked together for decades with John Cena currently holding the record for the most wishes granted in the history of the foundation.
