A potential WWE return on tonight’s Raw could factor into a huge match.
Over the past several weeks, The Judgment Day has set its sights on The Mysterios and The Rated-R Superstar, Edge. Judgment Day’s Damien Priest even challenged Edge to a match tonight on Raw in the Hall of Famer’s hometown of Toronto, Canada.
Priest stated last week that the other members of Judgment Day- Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley – wouldn’t be at ringside for the match tonight. Ripley’s involvement has given the stable the advantage over The Mysterios and Edge during the last few altercations on Raw.
Edge and The Mysterios have yet to find someone who could offset the former Raw Women’s Champion. However, it appears that may all change soon.
According to PWinsider, WWE Hall of Famer and Edge’s wife, Beth Phoenix, will be in Toronto for tonight’s Raw. The last time Beth competed was at the Royal Rumble in a mixed tag match with her husband.
In addition to the match between Priest and Edge, tonight’s edition of Raw will have the continuation of the Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament. Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai will take on Asuka and Alexa Bliss in the semi-finals. Also, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus will be making her return to WWE television.
