WWE Crown Jewel 2022 is now in the history books, cementing itself as one of WWE’s better outings in Saudi Arabia since its April 2018 premium live event debut in the country. Headlining the event was the anticipated showdown between Logan Paul and defending Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns.
The match saw ‘The Tribal Chief’ walk away with the title intact, utilising a Spear to put down the social media icon. This came after an exhilarating showing from Logan Paul, however, who proved once more that he was capable of delivering in the wrestling business. A Frog Splash through the announce table was inarguably the highlight of the contest.
WWE Hall of Famer Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman has taken to Twitter in the event’s aftermath, praising Logan Paul for his “sharp” performance:

Logan Paul Is “The Complete Package”, Says WWE Hall Of Famer
It’s not just Sean Waltman who’s a fan of Logan Paul, however, as The Bella Twins also praised his wrestling work while speaking with TMZ. Nikki Bella, in particular, went as far as to say he was the “total package” with regard to being a WWE Superstar:
“He’s an amazing wrestler. I think he proved that at WrestleMania. He’s a good storyteller. He has charisma. He speaks well on the mic. Like, he’s the total package as a WWE Superstar. The crowd reacts to him, and you got to listen to your fans, and the fans want it.”
Losing to Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, it was reported that Logan Paul had suffered a torn MCL, ACL, and potentially meniscus, injuries that reportedly occurred halfway through the nearly 25-minute encounter vs. Reigns. There’s no current timetable for his return to the squared circle.
