A WWE Hall of Famer is open to the idea of facing AJ Lee.
Yesterday, on the September 5th episode of SmackDown, Lee returned to a thunderous Chicago crowd. Appearing in the main-event segment, Lee returned and took out Becky Lynch.
However, soon after her return, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella expressed her desire to face the recently returned AJ Lee.
With her rivalry against Becky Lynch almost over, Bella responded to an X(Twitter) question asked by a fan about the chances of her facing Lee.
However, while she expressed her desire to face the 38-year-old in a future match, she also opened up about the potential returns of two former champions. Teasing the return of Paige and Brie Bella, she said,
That would be so fun! We had a great and magical run! Loving 2025 so much!!! Goodness imagine if Paige and Brie showed up!”
While Brie Bella last wrestled at the 2022 Royal Rumble, Saraya left the company in 2022.

“Well, I think one for the future, when Liv came out like a fireball last night, I was like, ‘Oh shit. Okay.’ We’ve only got to see each other a little bit before Evolution, so I’m excited for that.
“I think one day it would be incredible to work Rhea Ripley, and I’ve been saying this for the past four or five years. I would really love to do something with her, but I don’t want to be a good girl when I do it.”
