During WrestleMania season it’s not uncommon for stars of the past such as Mick Foley to find themselves back on WWE television.

In fact, the WWE Hall of Famer has hinted that he could be back in front of fans very soon. Speaking on his podcast, Foley is Pod, the former World Champion said that on the Friday before WrestleMania 39 he “may be part of WWE programming.”

WrestleMania 39 is set to run for two nights across Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of April. The night before on Friday 31st March, SmackDown will be followed by the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

“On Friday night, I may be a part of WWE programming. Just putting it out there. Sunday, I won’t be in attendance. I might watch it at the hotel. I might catch a flight.”

Mick Foley Says He’s Been Asked To Induct Someone Into The WWE Hall Of Fame

Speaking on an earlier episode of his podcast, Foley revealed that he’s been asked to induct someone into the WWE Hall of Fame. He added that he was unsure whether the request from the person involved would be granted, only that he hadn’t spoken to the individual in “years and years.”

Foley took his own place in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013. The Hardcore legend was inducted by long-time friend Terry Funk, alongside Bob Backlund, Trish Stratus, Booker T, and Bruno Sammartino. Donald Trump was that year’s celebrity inductee.
