WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley, one-half of the legendary tag team The Dudley Boyz, made a surprising announcement that he wants to return to the ring.
According to a Wrestling Observer Daily Update, D-Von, who made a brief return to IMPACT Wrestling programming last week, revealed during an autograph signing event in Monroe, MI that his comeback at IMPACT 1000 was not a one-time appearance. In fact, he declared that he is officially out of retirement and is actively pursuing a deal with IMPACT.
D-Von’s return would undoubtedly bring a wealth of experience and excitement to IMPACT. As a WWE Hall of Famer and multi-time Tag Team Champion, he would add credibility to the promotion’s roster. Furthermore, his presence would provide a nostalgic element for longtime wrestling fans who fondly remember the Dudley Boyz’ dominant run in the late 90s and early 2000s.

D-Von Dudley last laced up his boots on September 9th for IMPACT 1000 where he teamed with his long-time tag partner Bubba Ray Dudley in a match against The Desi Hit Squad, Champagne Singh and Rohit Raju. Prior to this comeback, D-Von hadn’t wrestled for nearly seven years when he last competed for House of Glory in December 2016.
