WWE Hall Of Famer Considering In-Ring Return

A WWE Hall of Famer isn’t ready to call it quits just yet.

In recent years, several stars have made surprising returns to the ring. These have included Stone Cold Steve Austin coming back to take on Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38, and more recently The Rock joined Roman Reigns to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.

Now, another Hall of Famer who is talking about an in-ring return is Booker T. Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, the six-time World Champion admitted that most wrestlers “never really retire.”

“It’s hard to walk away from it. It really is. It’s so hard. I look at Matt and Jeff, Chris Jericho, Taker, The Rock sneaking into WrestleMania 40. That’s what the business is. We never really retire. Even myself, I’m thinking about having another match at Reality of Wrestling.”

Booker went on to explain that during his recent training he realised he still has it in him to get in the ring.

“I’ve been training. I’ve been getting myself together in the gym on a regular basis. I’m on the 30 day ab workout. I’m like, man, I can still do this. How are you gonna tell a man he can’t do it no more? You can’t do it.”

WWE Star To Appear At Booker T’s Reality Of Wrestling Promotion

Booker T will have a wealth of talents to choose from if he does go through with another match. As well as his home-grown wrestlers, at least one NXT star is due to make an appearance for Reality of Wrestling in May. Lexis King has been making waves in the developmental brand, and now he is set to face an as-yet-unnamed star at RWO No Limits on MAy 11th.
