WWE Hall Of Famer Believes After Attitude Era And Ruthless Aggression, It Is Now “The Triple H Era”

WWE Champion Credits Success To Triple H's Guidance:

WWE Hall Of Famer a new era has begun in the promotion.

Over the past forty to fifty years, the wrestling industry has experienced multiple eras filled with its generation of stars. However, amidst all the famed eras, The Golden Era, The Attitude Era, and The Ruthless Aggression Era remain some of the fan favorites. Run by Vince McMahon, the promotion experienced its rise to stardom.

However, with McMahon now out, his son-in-law Triple H now operates as the Chief Content Officer and manages the promotion’s creative department. Although no official era is currently in place, SmackDown announcer Michael Cole recently termed it as The “Triple H Era”, and a Hall of Famer positively agreed to it.

Hall of Famer Kevin Nash was a part of the Stamford-based promotion in the mid-90s and the early 2000s under Vince McMahon. Winning multiple championships and tasting main event success, Nash recently shared his thoughts on the current era and agreed with Cole’s thoughts. Speaking on his ‘Kliq This‘ podcast, he shared:

The Triple H era. I’m so glad, because last week we had the conversation, and sometimes I feel like such a homer, so I just kind of gave Endeavor the credit. I just don’t want to sound like I’m just blowing my buddy every chance I get. So it was so nice for Michael Cole to come out and say that we’re now in the Triple H era. I’m like, you’re f***ing damn right we are. I can say it. F***ng s**k my c**k. It’s the Paul Levesque era. I think that’s the way they covered it. It’s the Triple H era because people will work for him, people will through f***ing walls him. He gets it,”

Prior to leading the promotion, Levesque handled NXT and was responsible for developing several top names in the industry. Despite not appearing much on television, Levesque handles production from the gorilla position and is regularly seen during press conferences and media events.

In an episode of 83 Weeks, Eric Bischoff opened up about what led to Triple H’s departure from WCW to WWE.

I really wanted to keep Paul for a variety of reasons, but Paul came along at a really difficult time. I had a very, very limited budget. As much as I wanted to keep Paul, I couldn’t. The budget just wouldn’t sustain it.”
