A WWE Hall of Famer once threatened to “end” Stephanie McMahon’s life as real-life tension between the pair hit an all-time high.
A year before joining the WWF in 1997, Chyna began a relationship with Triple H. The pair remained a couple of a number of years, but the events around the end of their relationship remain unclear to this day.
In 2000 Triple H began a new relationship with Stephanie McMahon. The pair would eventually marry and have three daughters. However, as the couple began seeing each other Chyna claimed that they had done so behind her back.
These issues led to significant bad feeling between all involved as Chyna also believed that her standing within WWE would be hurt by the new union between her ex-partner and her bosses daughter. This sparked a particularly troubled period of the Hall of Famer’s life which saw her leave the company in 2001.
Speaking on a recent episode of his podcast, Kilq This, Kevin Nash who is a long-time friend of Triple H claimed that Chyna wanted to “end” Stephanie McMahon’s life as tension spiralled out of control.
“There was some tension, I think. Joanie [Laurer] said she was going to end Stephanie’s life. It was fuc*ed up.”
Upon leaving WWE Chyna struggled to control her declining mental health and faced well publicised issues with addiction. The star sadly passed away on April 17th 2016, aged just 46-years-old.
