On October 26, WWE continued their quest with the multiple trademarks by filing for the rights to the slogan, ‘Then, Now, Forever’, as well as several more NXT UK talent.
The popular phrase, ‘Then, Now, Forever’, has been a staple of WWE television and programming for several years now always appearing prior to an intro of every pay-per-view event, Raw, SmackDown and Network show.
WWE gave the following description for the filing:

Requiring the rights for their slogan wasn’t the only trademarks the promotion filed for and sought the copyright on NXT UK stars Xia Brookside and Tyson T-Bone.
Though the latter has yet to appear on the relaunch of NXT UK, Xia Brookside has appeared twice on the black and red brand since it’s return. First in a losing effort to Jinny and then in a winning effort against Nina Samuels and Amale, alongside Dani Luna.
The detail for the filing reads:
International Class 041: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.
However, WWE are not guaranteed to snare these rights after recent problems with Pete Dunne and others not wishing to sign their handle over.
