A WWE entrance theme has become very popular following the events that took place at WrestleMania 40.
Although the 2-night event has now concluded, it is very likely that the show will be talked about for decades to come. With Sami Zayn defeating Intercontinental Champion Gunther and Drew McIntyre winning and then losing the World Heavyweight Championship being two of the most surprising events to take place, fans live at the stadium and watching at home will be reliving this one for a long time.
Although many stories came out of the event, the biggest headline concerns the story, which saw Cody Rhodes dethrone Roman Reigns and bring the 1,316-day reign to an end. As The American Nightmare’s theme rang out through Lincoln Financial Field, Rhodes’ family and friends celebrated with the new champion as the show went off the air. Generating a groundswell of support from WWE fans, they have shown their appreciation in more ways than one.
On top of the strong merchandise sales and crowd reactions in arenas, fans have also taken to iTunes to purchase Rhodes’ entrance theme, which is Kingdom by the band Downstait. The song has proved to be a massive hit as it is currently the number one song on the iTunes US Rock chart. Grateful for what Rhodes has done for them, Downstait said the following about the achievement:

The return was unique in the sense that Rhodes essentially returned with the same look and entrance theme as he had in AEW, a significant change from previous returns that saw all previous presentations erased. When discussing the terms of his WWE return, Cody Rhodes explained why Kingdom had to be his entrance theme.
