WWE have taken to social media to congratulate former announcer Renee Paquette on the birth of her baby daughter Nora.
The company wrote, “A big congratulations to the one and only Renee Paquette on the birth of her baby girl!”
Renee Paquette had earlier announced the birth of her and husband Jon Moxley’s first daughter, adding that their baby girl is “absolutely incredible.”
Paquette, who worked in WWE for several years as Renee Young and Moxley were married in April 2017 while both still worked at WWE. It was Jon Moxley who publicly announced Paquette’s pregnancy on a promo on AEW Dynamite ahead of his contract signing to defend his AEW Championship against Kenny Omega in December.
Paquette took to Twitter to announce the birth of their daughter, saying it was time for her to check out and become a mom:
“Baby girl is officially here, so I’m checking out and becoming a mom. (She’s absolutely incredible!!) I have a bunch of guest hosts lined up for you guys and I started with none other than my baby daddy, cool dude husband @JonMoxleycheck it here”

Jon Moxley’s last appearance for AEW came at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view where he and Eddie Kingston failed to vanquish The Young Bucks and take the AEW Tag Team Championship. While Moxley returned home to Las Vegas to prepare for his new role as a father, Kingston has enlisted the help of former friends turned rivals Death Triangle as they continue their war with The Elite.
The host of Oral Sessions and the IWGP US Champion are part of the baby boom in wrestling that has gripped 2021. Earlier this year, Moxley’s former brother-in-arms in The Shield, Seth Rollins and fiancée Becky Lynch had a daughter that they named Roux.
In addition, Moxley’s AEW colleague Cody Rhodes and wife Brandi are expecting their own bundle of joy which is due imminently. While “Hangman” Adam Page also recently revealed that he’s going to be a father.
