WWE have confirmed the dates of the company’s next Draft!
During Clash of Champions, WWE confirmed that this year’s Draft will begin on the October 9th episode of SmackDown, carrying through onto the October 12th episode of RAW.
There was no mention as to whether NXT will be part of the Draft, as has previously been alluded to, but only the logos for RAW and SmackDown appeared on the Draft branding.

The WWE Draft allows the opportunity for talents to be switched between brands, freshening up the respective rosters. The news was announced on Clash of Champions, with the Drafts taking place in less than two weeks.
With no defined authority figures on each brand, there’s no word as to how this year’s brand will be conducted. However, in the past, nothing has been off-limits. We’ve even witnessed the WWE Champion and Universal Champion switch brands previously.
One person who has already switched brands in recent weeks is Mandy Rose, who moved from the blue brand to the red brand – in a move announced via Talking Smack by The Miz. Rose is yet to debut on RAW.
Full coverage of the WWE Draft will be available via Inside The Ropes.
