Undertaker leaves his hat and coat in the ring at WWE WrestleMania 33

WrestleMania weekend is always a star-studded affair and it appears that WWE is making sure that 2023 is no different.

With WrestleMania heading back to Hollywood, it’s only fitting that the company will roll out the red carpet of some of the biggest names in its history.

It has been reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider that a number of Hall of Famers are being brought in the for the spectacular. You can find the full list below. It’s worth noting that there is no word on how if at all, any of these names will be used on-screen.

  • Torrie Wilson
  • Hacksaw Duggan
  • Sgt. Slaughter
  • Michelle McCool
  • The Undertaker

The inclusion of Torrie Wilson’s name is perhaps most intriguing as it has been reported that her former colleague Stacy Keibler will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

The Undertaker famously headlined the class of 2022, being inducted by Vince McMahon.

WWE Announces Opening Match Of WrestleMania 39

While a spot in the WrestleMania main event is one of the most prized in the industry, getting to open the show has also become something of a badge of honour.

On the March 24th episode of Smackdown, WWE revealed that the United States Championship clash between John Cena and Austin Theory will be first up on night one of WrestleMania.

Elsewhere on the blue brand, Rey Mysterio finally caved into the pressure from his son Dominik and agreed to face him at the event.
