WWE Attitude Era Star Not Interested In Returning To Wrestling

Former WWE Attitude Era star Kurrgan, known for his time with the Truth Commission and The Oddities, has no interest in stepping back into the wrestling business.

The towering figure, who has since found success in Hollywood and now works as a corrections officer in Canada, recently opened up about his career on Stories with Brisco & Bradshaw with JBL and Gerald Brisco.

I don’t think I want to be wrestling anymore. People ask me, ‘You should go back to wrestling.’ No, that’s alright.

After leaving wrestling, Kurrgan transitioned to acting, appearing in blockbuster films like 300, Sherlock Holmes, Immortals, and Deadpool 2. Despite his success, fans have occasionally wondered if he might make a return to the squared circle.

When asked how he would respond if WWE or another promotion reached out, He clarified that he is open to limited appearances but not a full return.

A couple times, I got a call, just to do an appearance. I’ll show up, do autographs, maybe do a chokeslam and that’s it. I don’t have to put my wrestling boots on.

Kurrgan’s last official wrestling match took place in 2011, and he has since embraced life beyond the ring. He didn’t disclose which promotions contacted him for appearances but made it clear that his focus remains on his current career and Hollywood ventures.
