WWE have announced the date and location of WrestleMania 40.
It has been announced that WrestleMania is coming to Philadelphia. On July 27th WWE confirmed that WrestleMania 40 will take place on Saturday April 6th and Sunday April 7th 2024 at Lincoln Financial Field.
The announcement also confirms that the event will remain a two-night affair.
WrestleMania hasn’t been held in Philadelphia since 1999, when WrestleMania 15 was held at the First Union Center, now known as the Wells Fargo Center.
As has become tradition, the city will also host Friday Night SmackDown, the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and Monday Night Raw. These will take place at the Wells Fargo Center, while other fan events will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

WrestleMania 39 is scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The stadium was originally supposed to host WrestleMania 37, but the event was moved due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The spectacular will be held on April 1st and 2nd 2023, and will be the first-ever WrestleMania to take place without Vince McMahon running WWE.
It will also be the first WrestleMania to be held in California since 2015.
Tickets for the show will go on sale on Friday, August 12th at 10am PT.
