Corey Graves and Carmella finally tied the knot in Florida with numerous stars from across the wrestling world in attendance.

On April 7th 2022, Corey Graves (Matthew Polinsky) and Carmella (Leah Van Dale) got married in Florida. Wedding guests included Jon Moxley, Renee Paquette, Liv Morgan, Natalya, Sonya Deville, Tamina, Bayley and Happy Corbin.

The happy couple began dating in 2019, before getting engaged in October 2021. The pair’s relationship has recently been chronicled in their YouTube reality series Corey & Carmella, which can be found on WWE’s YouTube channel.

In recent months their wedding was frequently mentioned on WWE television, and incorporated into storyline dissention between Carmella and her tag team partner Zelina Vega.

Corey Graves signed with WWE in 2011, initially appearing in Florida Championship Wrestling, remaining with the brand as it became NXT. In late 2014, Graves announced his retirement from in-ring competition stemming from concussion related issues.

The star later became a panellist on WWE pre-shows, eventually becoming an announcer for NXT, moving to the main roster in 2016.

At present, Corey Graves forms part of the three-man announce team for Monday Night Raw alongside Jimmy Smith and Byron Saxton. Despite having previously retired from the ring, Graves recently revealed that he has been medically cleared to wrestle again should he want to.

Carmella joined WWE in 2013, where she went on to appear as a valet alongside Enzo Amore and Big Cass in NXT. As her time in NXT progressed, the star began appearing as an in-ring performer on a more regular basis before being drafted to SmackDown in 2016.

After winning Money In The Bank, Carmella went on to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship in 2018 after pinning Charlotte Flair.

In more recent times, Carmella teamed with Queen Zelina to win the Women’s Tag Team Championships. The pair eventually lost the belts to Sasha Banks and Nami in a Fatal-Four-Way match at WrestleMania 38.

Everyone at Inside The Ropes would like to send their best wishes to the happy couple.
