WWE A&E Schedule For July Revealed

The July schedule for WWE latest round of programming on A&E has now been revealed.

Back in March it was announced that WWE and A&E had signed a new “multi-year expansion” to their original programming partnership, promising more than 130 hours of new content.

A month later, it was revealed that the new programming would begin on July 10th and feature season 2 of “Biography: WWE Legends,” new series “WWE Rivals,” and new after show “Smack Talk” air back-to-back each Sunday.

Ahead of the new material hitting television screens, the full schedule for July has now been unveiled.

Sunday, July 10:

Biography: The Undertaker
WWE Rivals: Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels
WWE Smack Talk: Special Guest – Kane

Sunday, July 17:

Biography: Bill Goldberg
WWE Rivals: The Undertaker vs. Kane
WWE Smack Talk: Special Guest – Eric Bischoff

Sunday, July 24:

Biography: The Bella Twins
WWE Rivals: Steve Austin vs. The Rock
WWE Smack Talk: Special Guest – The Bella Twins

Sunday, July 31:

Biography: Kurt Angle
WWE Rivals: Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar
WWE Smack Talk: Special Guest – Paul Heyman

An earlier press release broke down what fans can expect from the two new shows.

“WWE Rivals” – New Series Premieres Sunday, July 10 at 10pm ET/PT

Actor and former writer Freddie Prinze Jr. leads a roundtable discussion of luminaries to delve into the storylines and dynamic characters behind the epic battles that built the WWE. Each one-hour episode features archival footage from WWE’s library as well as interviews with the Legends involved and the Superstars that watched these rivalries unfold. Rivalries featured this season include “Stone Cold” Steve Austin vs. The Rock, Bret “The Hitman” Hart vs. Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker vs. Kane, John Cena vs. Edge and the “Monday Night Wars.”

“WWE Smack Talk” – New Series Premieres Sunday, July 10 at 11pm ET/PT

Featuring Booker T, Hot 97 and ESPN host Peter Rosenberg and WWE host Jackie Redmond, each half-hour after show episode breaks down the biggest moments from each Sunday’s episode of “Biography: WWE Legends” and “WWE Rivals” as well as reveals new information that didn’t make the cut. Along the way, Booker, Peter and Jackie will welcome WWE Legends, current Superstars and other celebrity guests to further discuss the night’s events.
