WWE Adds New ‘Grudge’ Match To WrestleMania 41

WWE In Discussions To Add Another Show To WrestleMania 41 Week

Two former World Champions are set for a match at WrestleMania 41.

For the past few months, Kevin Owens has been pushed as one of the most hated characters on the roster. With his recent feuds against Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn, The Prizefighter embraced a new side of his villainous nature.

Ruling Randy Orton out of action a few months ago, The Viper returned at the 2025 Elimination Chamber and attacked Owens. Soon enough, the duo found themselves in a cold war against each other. Tonight on the March 21st episode of SmackDown in Bologna, Italy, Owens and Orton got into a verbal exchange.

The former World Champion claimed that he was hearing voices in his head asking him to kick Owens’ head off at Mania 41. As Owens and Orton continued their verbal spat, WWE decided to fix their match at Mania 41.

It was soon confirmed that Randy Orton will now face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. This is the only non-championship match confirmed till now for this year’s Grandest Stage of them all.
