Wrestling Fan Saves Drowning Child In Act Of Heroism

Beyond Wrestling

A wrestling fan has heroically saved a child from drowning at Beyond Wrestling’s Borscht At The Beach event.

The show which was a joint promotion between Beyond Wrestling and Women’s Wrestling Revolution was held at Paddy’s Beach Club in Westerly, Rhode Island on September 19th.

The parents of the child who was saved by the as yet unidentified fan have launched an appeal to try and find their son’s rescuer. The post has now been shared by Beyond Wrestling who urge anyone with any information to contact the promotion’s owner Drew Cordeiro.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I’ve been trying to find out who was running the wrestling matches at the beach yesterday.

My son and daughter went swimming yesterday at the beach in Westerly right near Paddys where your wrestling match were held. My 9 year old son got stuck in the undertow when a man ran from what seemed to be Paddys ran and saved my son in a blink of an eye.

It happened so fast I was so relieved that my son was ok I didn’t get the man’s name or even really to get to thank him. We went to Paddys after to find the man and a couple on the patio said the man we described they thought (tall with short hair sunglasses blue and white flower type button up shirt black shorts) was over at the wrestling as they may have saw him earlier.

We walked over but it was so busy and crazy while looking we couldn’t see him and we didn’t have a lot of time as I needed to get my son home.

If you happen to know this man or even if he was one of your customers at the matches Please Please let me know anything you may know I understand you had a lot of people. Maybe if he was on video my daughter saw cameras and she would recognize him.

I’m extremely thankful this man was at your matches. I was told the name of the wrestling company by a man outside who seemed to be having “a great time” so I hope this is the right company I found you online.

Sincerely and respectfully,

On the card, Masha Slamovich defeated Allie Katch, and Leyla Hirsch saw off Killer Kelly.
