An attendee at a promotional event for Hulk Hogan’s beer suffered an injury after being struck with a can of beer that was thrown from the stage and into the audience.
As reported by News 5 in Cleveland, a 50-year-old woman was knocked to the ground and required 9 stitches when the projectile hit her during the event that took place at the Thirsty Cowboy in Medina, Ohio.
Conflicting reports have occurred in the police report as some claim that it was Hogan who there the beer while others stated a crew member “was throwing beers from the stage like a ‘baseball pitch.'”
Officers also stated that no one was arrested or charged due to the conflicting information. Neither Hogan nor Real American Beer have issued a statement on the incident at the time of writing.

During the same event where the injury occurred, Hogan appeared onstage and hyped up the crowd to promote his Real American Beer. During a speech given onstage, Hulk Hogan made comments towards US Presidential candidate Kamala Harris and questioned her racial identity. Immediately aware of the offensive nature of his comments, Hogan stated that he was “gonna get heat for that one” and added that it was “the beers talking.” With the comments being filmed and uploaded to TMZ, wrestling fans and the wider world have criticised Hogan for his comments.
While there was a previously rumoured biopic about Hulk Hogan in the works, the director of the project has since confirmed that it has been scrapped.
