Woman From Infamous Hulk Hogan Scandal Seen For The First Time Since His Passing

Bubba the Love Sponge and ex-wife Heather Clem, the legendary WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan tragically passed away just 19 days ago. The wrestling world continues to pay respects to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer, while others pay tribute with various stories and memories. Mainstream media remains locked in to the Hogan story as well, and now cameras have caught up with a controversial person from Hulk’s past.

The Immortal One was no stranger to controversy over the years, and in 2012 Hogan found himself caught up in the biggest scandal of his career after Gawker published footage from a sex tape filmed without Hogan’s knowledge. The tape revealed how Hulk’s longtime friend Todd “Bubba the Love Sponge” Clem arranged for Hogan to have sex with Bubba’s now-ex-wife Heather Clem, who goes by Heather Cole these days. The particular encounter was filmed at the Clem home in 2007, and the tape included footage of Bubba and Heather conspiring to cash-in on the tape.

Hogan initially sued The Clems for invasion of privacy, and ended up reaching settlements with both. Bubba’s October 2012 settlement included $5,000 and an on-air apology. The sex tape debacle led to the end of Gawker, Hogan’s $140 million judgment and $31 million settlement from the website, plus major career problems for the wrestling legend.

From the same tape, footage of Hogan using offensive language was leaked by Radar Online and The National Enquirer in July 2015. WWE parted ways with Hulk that same month, and while he was on good terms with the company at the time of his passing, unfortunately his image was never the same. Kevin Nash recently labeled this a hit job.

The Clems tied the knot in January 2007, separated in March 2011, then Bubba was divorced for the second time by that September. Heather, who worked as a model when she met Bubba, has continued to live in the Tampa area, and work as a certified personal trainer with a focus on CrossFit and USA Weightlifting. Hulk Hogan and Bubba were no longer friends either.

Paparazzi Looks For Heather Clem After Hulk Hogan’s Passing

Heather Cole, as Heather Clem is known these days, currently has her Instagram page private, and while she has deleted some tweets over the years, the Tampa fitness trainer still has a few Hogan-related posts up.

TMZ reported today that Cole just surfaced in public for the first time since Hogan passed away. As seen in the photo below, the 51-year-old was spotted in Tampa, Florida, and was “rocking a sports bra and some yoga pants as she stopped at a convenience store.”

Bubba recently told TMZ that he regrets not being able to apology for the sex tape before Hulk Hogan died. Brooke Hogan later appeared on Bubba’s radio show and said her dad knew his longtime friend was not the person who leaked the tape.
