Seth Rollins Will Ospreay

New Japan star Will Ospreay took aim at WWE Superstar Seth Rollins following his bout with Jon Moxley at WIndy City Riot.

The former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion did battle with the former AEW and WWE Champion on New Japan Pro Wrestling’s pay-per-view which emanated from Chicago, Illinois.

During the match, Jon Moxley managed to fell Ospreay with a familiar move as he borrowed The Stomp from his former partner in The Shield. Despite Seth Rollins managing to win championships with the move, Moxley was able to get a two-count with it on Ospreay and after the match, the English star took a swipe at Rollins on social media.

Back in 2019 Seth Rollins and Will Ospreay went back and forth on social media after Rollins claimed nobody alive could do what he did in the ring as often as he did it to which Ospreay pointed out that he was alive. After a brief back and forth, Seth Rollins caught the ire of many fans as he resorted to talking about how big his bank account was.

Blackpool Combat Club’s Jon Moxley may not have picked up the victory utilising Seth Rollins’ move but he was able to pick up the victory over United Empire’s leader.

There was a heavy AEW and IMPACT Wrestling presence at Windy City Riot with The Factory, Wheeler Yuta, ad The Good Brothers among those competing on the show. House Of Black’s Brody King confronted Minoru Suzuki backstage to set up a future showdown while Eddie Kingston did the same with Tomohiro Ishii.
