WIll Ospreay has offered his hilarious reaction to the recent update of the AEW All In attendance figure from the huge Wembley Stadium show.
Initially it was believed that the event had garnered the highest paid attendance at a wrestling event in history, with AEW announcing that a whopping 81,035 had made their way down the famous Wembley Way to witness a show headlined by MJF vs Adam Cole for the AEW Heavyweight Championship.
Whilst Tony Khan stated his delight at the financial success of the event, it was later revealed, however, that the announced number may not quite be accurate.
Following a freedom of information request, Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports that Brent Council (The local authority where Wembley is located) recorded the turnstile count as 72,265. This figure represents the number of tickets that were scanned as attendees entered the building.
That attendance falls short of the verifiable number of 80,709 fans who were present for WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Another huge match at All In saw Britain’s Will Ospreay battling the legendary Chris Jericho.
Ospreay picked up the win over the inaugural AEW World Champion and celebrated by having a tattoo inked on his arm that included the originally announced attendance.
What Was Will Ospreay’s Reaction To Revised Attendance For AEW All In ?
Ospreay posted a hilarious reply to the news that the attendance figure was not as originally announced, however swiftly deleted his video. But not before ‘X’ user @StephanieHypes could capture his response:

“Bruv, you cannot make this f*cking sh*t up. I am currently in Japan and I’ve had no f*cking sleep. I am tired and I wake up.
This is the worst f*cking day of my life. Do you know how hard it was for me to get a tattoo? My Mum f*cking hates them bruv. They announced it to everyone! They announced it was 81,000 people. I’ve got this f*cking thing on my arm now.”
Ospreay has yet to reveal if he intends to cover-up or amend the original tattoo.
