Who Jey Uso Believes Is The Bloodline’s Current Tribal Chief In WWE

Bloodline WWE SmackDown

Jey Uso has addressed the discourse in The Bloodline.

When Uso left The Bloodline to forge his own path in the summer of 2023, the group was very clearly led by Roman Reigns, who dominated the division as the Undisputed Champion. However, when The Rock returned to WWE ahead of WrestleMania, fans started to question who was really leading the group.

Following on from Reigns’ loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40, the former Undisputed Champion has not been seen since. On subsequent episodes of SmackDown, Bloodline business has been handled by Solo Sikoa, which included the introduction of Tama Tonga to take out Jimmy Uso.

While speaking with Gorilla Position, Jey Uso was asked about all the disarray in The Bloodline and who he believes is in charge. Uso stated that while he is aware of the family drama, Roman Reigns will always be The Tribal Chief:

“For me, Roman Reigns will always be my Tribal Chief. I learned from him, he’s the one who brought us to the promise land. Now the snakes wanna step up. Solo Sikoa is a big hitter, man. So, I’m just glad I’m not on Fridays no more, you know what I’m saying? I do my thing on Monday. I’m gonna let that family drama go down over there as long as they keep it on SmackDown I’ll be alright.”

When asked about the possibility of a Bloodline civil war match in the future, potentially inside WarGames at Survivor Series, Uso responded “I think it would be damn fire.”

Jey Uso Addresses Recent Match

At WrestleMania 40, Jey faced off against Jimmy in the first brother vs. brother match at the show in 15 years. Unfortunately, the match did not pan out as intended with many feeling that it did not live up to expectations. During the same interview, Jey Uso admitted that he thought the match was a letdown.
