First broken by Fightful, FiteTV have announced that international fans can purchase Hana Kimura’s Memorial Show ‘MATANE’ (Japanese for ‘See You Again’) that will air on May 23rd, the one year anniversary of Hana’s passing.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Hana was unable to have the memorial show that the beloved wrestler deserved but her mother, Kyoko Kimura, was able to put the show on a year later with some help from those closest to her and her daughter.

Streaming live from Korakuen Hall, it’s the same venue that Hana accomplished some huge moments in her career such as making her debut in Stardom alongside her mother Kyoko, winning the Goddess of Stardom and Artist of Stardom titles and it was the venue where she would wrestle her final match against Mayu Iwatani during the 2020 Cinderella Tournament.

Currently the match card is scheduled to be announced on the day but Kyoko has said that there will be three matches for fans to enjoy.

Already announced for the show includes her former tag partner ASUKA/VENY, Stardom’s Kaori Yoneyama and Mika Iwata plus the one night only return of Stardom legend and Hana’s former Oedo Tai teammate Kagetsu who retired in February 2020.
