“Watch Yourself” – Seth Rollins Calls Out AEW Star

Seth Rollins on WWE Raw

On the latest edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, United States Champion Seth Rollins discussed the upcoming Triple Threat match at Survivor Series where he will face both Austin Theory and Bobby Lashley with his title on the line.

On the November 14th episode of the red brand, Theory attacked Rollins after The Visionary successfully defended his championship against The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor. During his interview this week, Rollins told the young star he had made a big mistake with the attack, referencing what he did to Cody Rhodes, who has been out of action since the pair met in a Hell in a Cell match back in June.

Dustin Rhodes responds to Seth Rollins’ comments

As the interview was on the air, Cody Rhodes’ brother, current AEW star Dustin Rhodes, took to Twitter to give Seth Rollins the middle finger. Rollins later responded to tell the former Goldust to “watch himself”.

Cody Rhodes has been on the injured list with a torn pectoral tendon since June. The star sustained the tear while he was training ahead of his Hell in a Cell bout with Seth Rollins but was determined to go through with the match. At the event, he drew an audible gasp from the audience when he removed his entrance jacket to reveal a massive bruise across half his chest.

Despite the injury, he was able to defeat Rollins for the third straight time after previous victories at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania Backlash.

At the time of writing, it is unknown when Cody will be able to make his return to WWE, although it was recently reported that the star is “a little ahead of schedule” with his rehab. The star himself has recently addressed his physical therapy, describing it as “fn’ awful” and admitting it sometimes causes “a tear to flow”.
