Wardlow Removed From AEW Roster Page, MJF Responds

Wardlow has been removed from the AEW roster page, and of course MJF had something to say about it.

Throughout 2022, Wardlow’s dissatisfaction with his on-screen employer MJF has become more and more evident.

The rising tension came to a head at Revolution on March 6th where the giant star appeared to turn his back on MJF, leaving the way open for CM Punk to use the Dynamite diamond ring to earn a bloody victory over his rival.

On the following episode of Dynamite, Wardlow cut a passionate promo explaining that he only signed with MJF and The Pinnacle in order to provide a better life for his family. Although he said he was now done with MJF and wanted the pair to go their separate ways, writing off the contract between them.

Unsurprisingly, this didn’t sit well with Mr Friedman who cost Wardlow the TNT Championship, before cutting a promo of his own on the star on March 23rd.

MJF ran down his new rival, making disparaging comments about him and his mother. An irate Wardlow came to ringside but was thwarted by security. In response, MJF said that Wardlow would no longer be appearing on AEW television, instead he would pay him to stay at home.

It has since come to light that Wardlow has been removed from the AEW roster page. Taking to social media, MJF made sure to mock his now former bodyguard.

The Ohio native had been on a tear in recent weeks and months racking up wins on both Dynamite and Rampage. This run peaked at Revolution where he emerged victorious in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match. The win earned him a TNT Championship opportunity against Scorpio Sky which was ruined by MJF.
