Virtual Basement Release Graphics Demo For ‘The Wrestling Code’ Game

The Wrestling Code graphics have been unveiled in a teaser tech demo for for the upcoming games release by developers Virtual Basement.

The Wrestling Code is an up-coming Independent Professional Wrestling game built on the Unreal Engine, scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

In the latest tweet by the developers account, they’ve posted a 1 minute teaser for the games motion capture, rigging, skinning, VFX plus more – the star of the show being none other than the former Enzo Amore of WWE, now known as the “Real1”, nZo cutting a promo in the ring.

The impressive demo has gone down extremely well with fans, the graphics on show (even if just a snippet) are mightily encouraging for the Indie game if it’s an indication of things to come.

Virtual Basement have already wet the taste buds of fans, with the announcements coming thick and fast on which wrestlers will feature, an already extensive roster of over 90 independent stars and former WWE talent has been confirmed.

We’re talking Rob Van Dam, EC3, Eli Drake (now LA Knight of NXT), Ken Shamrock, Lio Rush, Matt Sydal, Brian Cage, Thunder Rosa and many, many more.
