Vince McMahon has shared an incredible tribute to The Undertaker ahead of The Deadman’s Final Farewell at Survivor Series – exactly 30 years after his WWE debut.
McMahon – whose close relationship with Undertaker has been detailed in the critically acclaimed The Last Ride docu-series – would call Undertaker “the measuring stick” and “the locker room leader” before calling The Deadman’s legacy incomparable in the tweet.
“The measuring stick. The locker room leader. The Phenom. Three decades ago today, @Undertakerchanged the landscape of sports-entertainment. His legacy is incomparable, his impact immeasurable. #ThankYouTaker. #Undertaker30“

Vince McMahon’s tribute follows on from that of daughter Stephanie McMahon, who posted a wonderful tribute earlier in the week too. The tribute may just be the beginning of the celebrations and commemorations of The Deadman, but they follow a jam-packed week of bizarre news surrounding Taker. Earlier in the week, WWE announced a collaboration between Undertaker and Snoop Dogg which sees the pair have cross-branded merchandise released via the WWE Shop, as well as the WWE legend calling out Piers Morgan, having a table permanently reserved at Nando’s, Tyson Fury paying a very special tribute to him, and The Deadman launching a Cameo account – with all 30 videos selling out in 48 hours at a price of $1,000 each.
Undertaker bids his Final Farewell at Survivor Series – live – tonight on the WWE Network, beginning at midnight UK time.
