Vince McMahon Makes “Drastic Changes” To WWE Raw Opening Segment

Vince McMahon WWE Raw

Vince McMahon has continued to make changes to WWE Raw, including completely reshaping the opening segment.

It had been announced that Seth Rollins would be holding an open challenge for his World Heavyweight Title 24 hours ahead of defending the gold against Bron Breakker at NXT Gold Rush. However, the match never happened as Finn Balor jumped Rollins before The Visionary could even finish his entrance.

The Irish star unleashed a vicious beatdown, hitting a Coup de Grace from the steps and then from the announce table. Eventually, the two men were pulled apart, but back from a commercial break, Balor attacked Rollins again backstage as he was going to get medical attention.

Ahead of the show, it was reported by Fightful Select that Vince McMahon made changes to the program as has become the norm. Fightful added that while they hadn’t been told of anything being cut, McMahon made “drastic changes” to the opening segment and beyond.

More Photos Of Vince McMahon’s Unusual New Look Go Public

Vince McMahon turned heads back in March when he appeared backstage at Raw complete with dyed hair and a new mustache. The Executive Chairman has largely stayed out of the spotlight since returning to WWE, but more photos of McMahon have now been made public.

The images feature on WWE’s updated corporate website, alongside a revamped profile of Kevin Dunn.
