Vince McMahon was dejected over The Hulkster’s last WWE outing.
Earlier this year, World Wrestling Entertainment executed a history-making move when it shifted bases to Netflix in January 2025. Several top stars appeared on the Raw on Netflix debut episode, including Hulk Hogan.
However, Hogan’s appearance at the show was met with massive boos from the Intuit Dome crowd. Waving an American flag, Hogan was taken aback by the negative reactions and soon made his way to the back. This marked the Hulkster’s last appearance for the Stamford-based promotion before he passed away last month on July 24th due to a cardiac arrest.
Tonight on August 12th, TMZ is set to premiere a documentary honoring the life and career of Hogan, and will feature a star-studded cast of Goldberg, Jimmy Hart, Jacob Fatu, and many others, including Vince McMahon.
In a recently released trailer for the documentary, McMahon was captured sharing his thoughts on Hogan’s career when he expressed his frustrations over how the fans treated the Hall of Famer in his final appearance for the promotion.
I was angry. He deserved much more.”
You can find more of McMahon’s thoughts in the documentary once it is released later today at 8 PM ET.

“He’s been doing really well. He’s enjoying life, you know, getting a little bit of rest in there. You know, if you know my dad, he’s always gung-ho, and he’s always doing the next thing, and that’s what he’s focused on.”
