Vince McMahon Backstage In Boston For March 6th WWE Raw

Vince McMahon WWE Raw

Vince McMahon has been spotted at the TD Garden ahead of the March 6th episode of WWE Raw.

The former WWE CEO retired back in July amidst an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct and hush money payments. However, he announced in early January that as majority shareholder of the company, he was electing himself back to the WWE Board of Directors to facilitate a sale. Triple H, who took over as Chief Content Officer in the wake of Vince McMahon‘s retirement, is still said to be solely in charge of the company’s creative decisions, though he has admitted that he gets input from McMahon.

Now, a new report from Bryan Alvarez reveals that Vince McMahon is in Boston at the site of tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.

“Vince is at RAW”

The report was backed up by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, who reported that talent have reached out after seeing McMahon at the site of Raw. He has reached out to WWE for comment, but has not heard back from the company as of this writing.

“I’ve spoken to talent that claim they’ve seen Vince McMahon at the site of tonight’s WWE Raw. I’ve reached out to WWE in an official capacity.”

Sapp elaborated on Fightful Select, saying that some talent claim Vince McMahon “looked different” backstage at Raw. The report also notes that McMahon has visited John Cena multiple times outside of WWE since his retirement, and some talent speculate that Cena’s return could be the reason McMahon is in Boston, though this has not been confirmed.

Vince McMahon Will See John Cena Return On March 6th WWE Raw

John Cena is set to make his return to WWE on the March 6th episode of Monday Night Raw. The Hollywood superstar was last seen on the December 30th episode of SmackDown, teaming with Kevin Owens to hand a defeat to the team of Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.

Although it is unclear what Cena will be doing on the show, he has already proved to be a hit at the box office. It was recently noted that WWE has sold a further 2000 tickets for the show since it was confirmed that Cena would be appearing. This comes after he boosted both ticket sales and television ratings upon returning to SmackDown in December.

It had been reported that Cena might be unable to appear for WWE ahead of WrestleMania due to his hectic filming schedule. However, the man himself has now taken a second to hit back at those suggestions.

In a post on social media just hours ahead of his return, Cena said that contrary to what some “experts” might claim, it’s never impossible for him to make time for family and loved ones.

“Wrapped #RickyStanicky early Saturday! Excited for first day on set of #GrandDeathLotto 2day! Then..BOSTON @WWE #RAW 2nite! “Experts” said it was impossible for me 2 appear on the road to #WrestleMania Guess they C ME. It’s never impossible 2 make time 4 family & loved 1s”

It is expected that Cena will be furthering his storyline with Austin Theory ahead of an eventual WrestleMania clash between the two, and Theory has promised to give Cena a “warm welcome” ahead of his return.

Also announced for the March 6th episode of Raw is a face to face confrontation between Seth Rollins and Logan Paul.
