Roman Reigns and Jey Uso defeated Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at SummerSlam Night 1. The two teams had been feuding since Seth Rollins took Reed and Breakker under his wing.
They targeted Jey Uso after the No. 1 contender match for the World Heavyweight Championship in July, when Gunther held the title. This forced Roman Reigns’ return on RAW, igniting a rivalry with the members of Seth Rollins’ faction.
On the latest episode of RAW, Rollins defended the World Title against LA Knight, against his will. The show’s General Manager, Adam Pearce, emphasised that Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed would be banned ringside for the match.
The main event concluded in chaos when an irate CM Punk attacked Seth Rollins for what he did after his SummerSlam win. The mayhem exploded with Breakker and Reed showing up and the numbers ruling in their favor. Their victory was shortened by Roman Reigns showing up.
Officials Check Up On Roman Reigns After WWE RAW Went Off Air
Roman Reigns took out Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, or at least he thought he did. He set his sights on Seth Rollins, who regrouped with his faction. Reed then hit Reigns with three tsunamis off the top rope and celebrated their dominance as the show concluded.
Just like the previous week, Bronson Reed stole Roman Reigns’ shoes again and held them like a trophy. After RAW went off air, the referee and Jason Jordan, former WWE star turned producer, were seen helping Reigns get up to his feet and make his exit.
