Value Of Hulk Hogan’s Assets, Sole Beneficiary In WWE Legend’s Will Disclosed

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan changed the business with Hulkamania

Hulk Hogan shockingly left the world on Thursday, July 24, just a few weeks shy of his 72nd birthday. A few situations have emerged in the fallout of Hogan’s passing, and despite different narratives, new details on his estate are answering questions, including a new lawsuit to prevent Bubba The Love Sponge from capitalizing.

Nick Hogan filed legal documents on Tuesday, September 9 to be named co-personal representative of his father’s estate, according to Us Weekly. The 35-year-old touring DJ also listed a man named Terry McCoy in the role. During a recent interview with the infamous Bubba The Love Sponge, Brooke referred to McCoy as “the guy that manages [her father’s] money” when recalling how the 37-year-old mom-to-two demanded to be removed from Hulk’s will during the past few years they were estranged.

The Hulkster left behind almost $5 million in assets, according to the court filing made on Tuesday. The breakdown of listed assets includes $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, along with Hogan’s right to publicity, valued at more than $4 million, plus the unknown value of a potential medical malpractice lawsuit related to his death. Hogan’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, believes his neck surgery in May was not done properly, and she’s planned to file a medical malpractice suit against his doctors.

The documents also revealed that Brooke is not listed as a beneficiary to Hulk’s estate. Nick was listed as the sole beneficiary, while Daily was listed as surviving spouse. In the filing, Nick stated that his dad executed a will in 2016, then had it amended in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July 2023 for the last time.

Hulk Hogan’s real estate property was not listed in the filing by Nick, but Us Weekly noted that this could because they are owned by a LLC or a trust. The WWE Hall of Famer owned two side-by-side homes in Clearwater Beach, FL, worth an estimated $11 million.

Hulk Hogan’s Estate Sues Bubba the Love Sponge

Bubba The Love Sponge was sued in federal court on September 2 by Nick Hogan, on behalf of his dad’s estate, in trying to stop a planned documentary that would include coverage of Hulk Hogan’s controversial sex tape. It was alleged that the planned documentary infringes on Hulk’s copyrights, according to Us Weekly.

Nick suggested Terry McCoy as the curator to Hulk Hogan’s estate, which is needed to handle the lawsuit with Bubba the Love Sponge. A judge approved the curator request, but Bubba is denying that he owns the project, calling Nick a “dumba*s,” adding that he’s suing the wrong people. Bubba also said Hulk was not portrayed in a bad light during the doc.
