Updated Lineup For AEW Dynamite 10/23

Two Major Matches Added To 18/9 AEW Dynamite

All you need to know about the upcoming AEW Dynamite episode.

Tonight’s AEW Collision episode featured several exciting matches, where Rush & The Beast Mortos defeated The Outrunners, House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews, and Brody King) won a trios squash match over 3 enhancement talents, Ricochet defeated AR Fox, and called out Konosuke Takeshita.

The night also witnessed Kris Statlander defeat Harley Cameron, Orange Cassidy defeat Bulk Bronson and more. The episode also featured the AEW Battle Of The Belts event, where Anna Jay defeated Mariah May to receive a future Women’s Championship shot. Brian Cage and Lance Archer defeated Jon Cruz and Jack Cartwheel, and Kazuchika Okada defended his title against Kyle O’Reilly.

However, it also dropped teases for the upcoming episode of Dynamite’s lineup. Sammy Guevara announced his interest in facing Shelton Benjamin on Dynamite 10/23. Benjamin faced Lio Rush earlier this week and already has his second opponent lined up.

Kyle Fletcher will also open up on why he betrayed Will Ospreay with a screwdriver at WrestleDream.

The night will also feature The House of Black in action, while The Elite (Jack Perry & The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson)) will face Daniel Garcia & Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen).

Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho is also scheduled to compete against Mark Briscoe for the ROH World Championship in a ladder match.

An AEW Talent Has Taken A Shot At The Undertaker

During his recent appearance on the ‘Eyes Up Here‘ podcast with Francine, AEW talent RJ City shared his honest opinion on The Undertaker. Comparing Toni Storm and The Phenom’s work on maintaining kayfabe, he shared:

Toni Storm makes anything work, because she’s so talented and committed. I’ve haven’t seen anyone so wrapped up in a whole thing that is unique to themselves (like Toni Storm) since, I don’t know, The Undertaker? And she’s not doing half-ass horrible podcast now. She’s not wearing weird problematic shirts and being like, ‘wrestling is not telling stories.’ Thanks, Mark. I really appreciate it. His show is weird. The guy is weird. He’s a weird man. ‘Back in my day it was a lot better.’ I’m sorry, were you always dead? Did you start off dead? Would you like to explain that?”

The Undertaker expresses his opinions publicly on his ‘Six Feet Under podcast‘ and has gained a reputation for his bold perspectives on modern-era wrestling and the sport from his era. And it seems, RJ City does not agree with his views.
