New footage has emerged of Ricochet just before making his way into the arena at AEW All In.
Back in June, PWInsider reported that Ricochet had given notice that he would not be renewing his contract when it expired. Soon after, speculation emerged that the star could be AEW-bound.
The star officially became a free agent on July 1st, narrowly ruling out an appearance at Forbidden Door on June 30th as he was still under contract. However, after reports that heโd signed a multi-year deal with the company, Ricochet made his AEW debut at All In on August 25th.
The star delighted fans inside Wembley Stadium when he made his surprise entrance in the Casino Gauntlet Match, hoping to secure a chance at the AEW World Championship. However, the match was won by Christian Cage in the end.
After his debut, AEW took to social media to share footage of the former Intercontinental Champion preparing backstage, writing:

Ricochet Match Set For 8/28 AEW Dynamite
Following his debut in the Casino Gauntlet Match, Ricochet is already set for his first match on AEW Dynamite. Don Callis and Kyle Fletcher called out the new signing in a backstage segment, with Fletcher also taking to social media and mocking his reign as the inaugural WWE Speed Champion. Fletcher’s challenge to the star was accepted, and the two men will face off on Dynamite on August 28th.
