An undefeated UFC star is eyeing a move to WWE.

After all the past collaborations between the two companies, another MMA fighter has now expressed his interest in joining the Stamford-based wrestling promotion. Recently, English MMA fighter star Tom Aspinall commented on a run in WWE, and now another fellow Englishman has joined him.

The 29-year-old Paddy Pimblett is one of the fastest-rising stars in the company with an undefeated record. During his recent interview with OLBG, Pimblett envisioned himself as a part of the promotion in the future.

Yeah [I could end up in the WWE], I used to love wrestling. My favourite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and I’m dying to knock someone out with a sweet chin music in an MMA fight. But I reckon I’m gonna end up in films. I’m gonna be an actor. I’ve just always thought about it. I always told people I was gonna be in the UFC for years.

Sharing his love for pro-wrestling, Pimblett shared:

I’ve always loved films and I’ve always watched different TV programs, and when I was younger, when I was little, I did a little bit of acting stuff when I was in a few plays when I was a kid, so like I’ve always said that once my fighting career’s over, I’ll move over to acting and I’ll start doing that.”

In his last fight, Pimblett defeated Bobby “King” Green with a triangle chokehold at the Ultimate Fighting Championship 304 event on July 27th, 2024.
