For decades, wrestling fans have whispered about Mr. Fuji cooking General Adnan’s dog and feeding it to him. The tale seemed real. It spread in short interviews and on podcasts, and many believed it. On September 7, 2025, Adnan Al-Kaissie’s family used his legacy X/Twitter account to remember him on the second anniversary of his passing. They shared:

A curious fan replied to this post, asking whether Fuji really cooked his dog or not. Replying to this query, they wrote:

The Infamous Story of WWE Legend General Adnan
Adnan rose to fame in the early 1990s as General Adnan. He managed Sgt. Slaughter during the Gulf War storyline. Together with Colonel Mustafa, he formed the Triangle of Terror, and their run was top-tier villain work. Mr. Fuji earned a reputation as a prankster, with his practical jokes often being considered cruel. That history made the dog story believable, yet no one ever found any proof. Now the family has closed the book with a clear denial.
The story resurfaced when Demolition’s Barry Darsow (Smash) shared what he had heard on their DEMOPOD podcast. Darsow recalled the prank and said:
The story I heard was… He went over and got his dog and cooked his dog up. Had a bag lunch sitting right there. Adnan started eating the sandwich… He goes, ‘It’s your dog.’ And I heard Adnan threw up.”
