Trish Stratus could maintain a unique WWE streak at Elimination Chamber that’s been ongoing for over two decades!
Tonight, Trish Stratus returns to the ring in Toronto for the first time in over 5 years! Coming off a loss to Charlotte Flair the last time she competed in her hometown, the WWE legend is looking to bounce back when she teams up with Tiffany Stratton to take on Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.
But that isn’t the biggest statistic surrounding the WWE Hall of Famer headed into her in-ring return. As first noted by WWEStats on X, Stratus’ match also puts a unique WWE streak she’s held for over 23 years on the line.
The WWE Hall of Famer currently holds a perfect 7-0 record in tag team matches on Canadian soil. This began all the way back on the May 28th 2001 edition of Raw where she and Steve Blackman defeated Perry Saturn and Terri.
The streak has seen her obtain victories alongside Lita, Bubba Ray Dudley, Spike Dudley, Jacquline and John Cena. Her most recent addition to the streak was on the September 14th 2009 Raw episode where she and MVP defeated Beth Phoenix & Chris Jericho, albeit via disqualification.
Trish Stratus Wants Current Champion To “Stop Being Such A B**ch”
Ahead of her surprise WWE return in the Women’s Royal Rumble match last month, Trish Stratus gave her thoughts on the stars of today to the media.
While she had high praise for now-Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria, she was not as happy to discuss Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green – urging her to “stop being such a b**tch”.
