Triple H Teases Future WWE Celebrity Match

Triple H has hinted that another famous face could be making their WWE debut in the near future.

Celebrities stepping inside the pro wrestling ring has been a tradition that has been established for decades. From Mr. T competing in the main event of the first-ever WrestleMania to Stephen Amell competing at SummerSlam 2015 to Bad Bunny’s Backlash Brawl, many stars from the wider world of sports and entertainment have competed in pro wrestling matches to live out their own dreams and increase fan interest in the process.

At SummerSlam, 3-time CMT Music Award Winner Jelly Roll performed his hit song Liar live to a packed stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. Later that night, Jelly Roll also got physical as he attacked Austin Theory and Grayson Waller, delivering a huge chokeslam to Theory in the process.

On December 3rd, a media event took place to hype the upcoming Raw move to Netflix. As reported by Deadline, Triple H stated at the event that Jelly Roll is currently focusing on getting in shape and is considering a match at some point soon:

“I just saw Jelly Roll the other day and he’s still raving about wrestling. Every time I see him he says the same thing, ‘I got another 100 pounds to go, baby, and I’m doing a match with you guys,”
