Triple H has shared a touching message with the world following the outpouring of love and support after The Game announced his retirement from the wrestling ring.
In an interview with ESPN’s First Take, the 14-time champion of the world confirmed that his in-ring days are behind him after heart surgery which left the 52-year-old fitted with a defibrillator:
“For me, as far as in-ring, I’m done. I will never wrestle again. I have a defibrillator in my chest, which it’s not a good idea for me zapped on live TV.”
The wrestling world united in an outpouring of support for the man responsible for many successful WWE careers as the founding father of NXT.
Taking to social media, a philosophical Triple H implies that rather than an end the events might just mark a new beginning in his life:
“There will come a time when you believe everything is finished; that will be the beginning. – Louis L’Amour”
“I am truly humbled by the texts, calls, posts, and all the kind words. I’m grateful to each and every one of you. I wish I could respond to each of you, but I type so slow I’d never leave the house again. Please know how much they all mean to me. Stay healthy, be grateful for all you have and seize the day……. I know I am!”

A report has also suggested that Triple H was set to light up WrestleMania one more time in Dallas, Texas before his heart issues struck last autumn.
