Triple H has high praise for one member of the WWE roster who recently became a champion once again.
On the Raw before Elimination Chamber, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bianca Belair and Naomi to become the new Women’s Tag Team Champions and the first team to hold the titles 3 times.
An entrant in the Chamber match, Morgan was one of the first entrants in the bout and made it to the final 2 before being eliminated by winner Bianca Belair. Although Morgan was unable to win the match and secure her spot at WrestleMania, many were impressed with her performance.
Following her return at the 2024 Royal Rumble and heel turn later that year, Morgan began the best work of her career and has continued to establish herself as one of the top stars in the division.
Speaking at the post-show press conference, Triple H acknowledged Morgan’s performances over the past year and how she is so much more than just “a good hand”:
“Liv Morgan just continues to impress me. A woman that, a year ago, many people would have said, ‘She’s great to have on the roster and she’s a good hand.’ Since May, she’s become a megastar and continues to surpass that, to me. She stood out tonight as a star in the spotlight and thriving. Even when she’s in pain, she looks like she is having the greatest time of her life doing it, and the little nuances that she is picking up now, she has earned that spot at the top and earned that spot to be called one of the best women in the ring we have right now. Incredibly proud of her.”
Triple H Addresses Rumoured WWE Change
