Megastar rapper Bad Bunny impressed WWE fans with his debut in-ring performance at WrestleMania 37, teaming with Damian Priest to defeat The Miz and John Morrison. The former 24/7 Champion left WWE after WrestleMania, going to focus on his touring schedule, and fans were left wondering whether he’d grace the squared circle again after such a stellar debut performance.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H confirmed in September that he expected to meet with Bad Bunny “very soon,” and now that meeting has taken place according to recent social media post.
Taking to Twitter, Triple H posted a photo of himself with the Puerto Rican megastar downtown LA, complete with Bad Bunny’s private plane in the background. While it remains to be seen whether a deal can be struck to bring him back, this meeting seems like a step in the right direction.
“.@sanbenito is such a big star that when he drops in to have lunch… he just lands his plane in downtown L.A., eats and then takes off… #RockStarLife”

Triple H Praised Bad Bunny’s Dedication To Training For His WrestleMania 37 Match
Speaking in a press conference after WWE Clash at the Castle back in September, Triple H praised the rapper’s work ethic ahead of his WrestleMania 37 tag team match, saying the star worked incredibly hard and took training for his debut seriously.
“You asked questions earlier about the passion and the dedication and the hard work, and everything else that goes into being a WWE Superstar. We do things with people like Bad Bunny, or Pat McAfee or Logan Paul. The excitement level that brings to fans outside of what we do, but I love working with people like that when they have the same passion that our Superstars have.
One thing about Bad Bunny, so when we went to Bad Bunny and he was going to face The Miz and they were doing all of their business for that, I was at the Performance Center weekly. Every single time that I would go there, they would say to me ‘Bunny’s in the other room if you wanna go say hi.’ He was in there, and I would go in, and he would be pouring with sweat, he’d be beat up, he was grinding.
When we talked to him about that event, he went and got himself a house in Orlando, lived there, and came to that Performance Center every single day. People talk about Logan Paul, I talk to Logan Paul on a regular basis. You don’t get as good as he is, as good as Bad Bunny is, that quickly, that fast, without putting in the dedication and the hard work.
So to me, he deserves every bit of respect that everybody else does. It’s what I said to Bunny after he worked with us the first time. ‘You earned my respect, I don’t give it easily.’ Logan Paul, same thing. Earned my respect, I don’t give it easily. Pat McAfee, same thing. There’s a list of people like that.
People don’t want to take it seriously and don’t want to respect what we do, I don’t wanna work with them. But somebody like Bad Bunny? Absolutely.”
