WWE Crown Jewel is now just days away, slated for Saturday, November 5. Headlining the evening is a blockbuster contest between social media superstar Logan Paul and Roman Reigns, contested for the latter’s Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Roman Reigns is expected to be accompanied by the majority of his Bloodline faction, whereas Logan Paul may be going into the fight alone. Speaking on WWE’s Q3 earnings call, however, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque hinted that Paul may have some backup in the form of his brother Jake:
“This Saturday we will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel where one of the world’s most famous influencers Logan Paul will face off against ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. Undoubtedly Roman will have the entire Bloodline with him which would make one wonder if Logan will have his very famous brother Jake Paul – fresh off his win against Anderson Silva – in his corner to help even the odds.”
Jake Paul has been rumoured to be making an appearance at Crown Jewel ever since the match was first confirmed. Logan Paul has previously commented that his brother’s arrival in WWE is “inevitable”.
Jake Paul Recently Imitated Triple H
As Triple H mentioned, Jake Paul was recently involved in a blockbuster fight of his own, defeating Anderson Silva on October 29. The win brought Paul’s professional boxing record to 6-0, having fought for the first time in January 2020; the fight with Silva marked his first time donning the boxing gloves in almost a year, last facing Tyron Woodley in December 2021.
Prior to the fight, a ceremonial weigh-in between Jake Paul and Anderson Silva saw the former imitate Triple H with his iconic water spit entrance. The spot drew a response from ‘The Game’ on social media, simply stating, “Game on!”
