Triple H Addresses Potential Brock Lesnar WWE Return

Triple H has been asked if there are any plans to have Brock Lesnar make a WWE return anytime soon.

Last seen at SummerSlam 2023, Lesnar lost to Cody Rhodes in the final match of their trilogy with The American Nightmare victorious in their first and last encounter. Raising Rhodes’ hand after the match, The Beast Incarnate showed a rare display of respect to the current Undisputed Champion.

While speaking to the UK media following on from a meeting with the Mayor of London to tease a future WrestleMania in the UK, Paul Levesque stated that while they are open to having that conversation, there are no plans at this time:

“You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock does his own thing. He’s up in Canada I’m sure, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. If and when he decides that he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation. But, we’ll see.”

Lesnar was reportedly set to make his return at the 2024 Royal Rumble to build to a WrestleMania match against Gunther. However, shortly before the event, Vince McMahon was accused by former employee Janel Grant of sexual misconduct. In the lawsuit document, a “former UFC Heavyweight Champion” was alleged to have received explicit content from Grant following demands from McMahon. Following the allegations, Lesnar was removed from all creative plans and is not a playable character in the WWE 2K24 video game.

Triple H Asked About Other Absent Stars

While the Chief Content Officer was in London to discuss a possible UK WrestleMania, other top news stories from the wrestling world also came up in conversation. With Bobby Lashley and MVP reportedly done with the company and set to depart when their contracts imminently expire, Triple H gave a statement on the matter.
