Triple H claims that work-life balance is bulls**t.
A part of WWE for approximately three decades now, Triple H began his journey at the promotion as a mid-card wrestler before jumping ranks to main-event shows and later took over the promotion’s creative.
WWE has always been extremely strict about its demanding and rigorous schedule, which was even more pronounced under Vince McMahon’s reign. However, things have now cooled down, with stars often getting enough time to spend with their families and close ones.
However, despite the lighter schedule, things continue to remain tense in the promotion. Recently, in an interview with Nightcap, Paul Levesque opened up about the existence of work-life balance.
“I say this to people all the time – people talk about work/life balance. It’s bullshit. There is no such thing. “All you can really do is your best at whatever it is you’re doing in that moment. So when I’m at work, I try to be at work. When I’m with my kids, I try to put work aside and dedicate that time to my kids, or my wife, or whatever it is that we’re doing.
And not try to be at my kids’ game or with them while I’m on my phone the whole time trying to do business. “I tell people, ‘I’m gonna be off for an hour or two, I’ll pick back up in a little bit,’ now I’m with them. It’s hard. It’s easy to say that, harder to do it, but that’s the goal for me.”

Will Ospreay Once Fired Shots At Triple H On AEW Dynamite
Last year, on the April 10th episode of Dynamite, Will Ospreay opened up about his decision to choose All Elite Wrestling. However, his comments soon deviated toward Triple H’s comments on stars who want a lighter schedule and are afraid of the grind.
“There’s this rumor that I’m afraid of the grind. I’ll be honest, I have no idea where this conversation has come from. I’m one of the only guys that is traveling every week from the UK to America, eight to ten hour flights, every single week, and I’m delivering some of the best professional wrestling matches this world has ever seen.
Normally I wouldn’t rise to this type of bait, but seeing as the guy that said it is only in the position he’s in because he was grinding on the boss’ daughter, you are in no position to tell me what the grind is all about my friend because you have no idea what I fight for. Let this be a painful jab back and a gentle reminder that you do not throw stones at an assassin with a machine gun.”
